In the world of psychology, there is a lot of talk about self-awareness, but very little about how to become one. I think the best way to understand and create a state of self-awareness is to be aware of our thoughts. And when you are aware of your thoughts, you are then able to see how you respond to those thoughts. It’s like we are always watching our thoughts and reactions on the outside world.

Self-awareness is something that we have a lot of experience with. We have a lot of experience with how we react in that situation. However, I have always been interested in how people react to a situation, in relation to what they were thinking, what they were thinking about.

This is just a nice little example of how it is with life. We don’t always want to be stuck in a time loop, but our attitude can change and change for the better. If we are conscious we can get better at the inner workings of life, but the inner workings of life are not really what we think.
