The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them we control us.

The most powerful tool we have is the one we have at our disposal – our brains. As the old saying goes, “You can’t put a price on your mind.” The problem with that is that if we think we can put a price on our minds, then we will. We will price ourselves by how long we think we can keep our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions alive.

In our own case, we’ve found that even the best of habits, routines, impulses, and reactions take up so much mental space that they’re easily forgotten. So long as we keep our minds occupied with the task at hand (i.e. email marketing) then these habits, routines, impulses, and reactions will stay alive.

In fact, we have even found that spending too much time thinking about a habit, routine, impulse, or reaction leads to our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions being “dead.

Even if youre not email marketing, spending time thinking about the ways you can send and receive email can still be a killer. If you can’t think about what to say, how to say it, what to do when you’re stuck in a meeting, etc, then you are doomed to spend too much time doing it.

This means that the habits, routines, impulses, reactions you have are still alive, but you can’t control them. Instead of thinking about what to do next, you have to be in the moment and focus on what you do next. Because youre in the moment, you can still take action in the moment to get the things you want.

You can be on autopilot in your email marketing business for a long time, or you can think about the email marketing business. You will need to make the habit of taking action to achieve your goals.

The problem is that when you’re on autopilot, you’re not in the moment. You have to take action in the moment, which then becomes the action you take in the moment.

To be effective, you will need to be in the moment. The same is true in your email marketing business.
