I try to maintain a healthy balance of mind, body, and soul. This can be accomplished through a variety of methods including exercise, eating healthy, and meditating.

If I’m on the beach, I’ll be able to swim. I try to sleep only when I’m off of vacation.

I’m not even sure if I’m doing this right or wrong. If I’m doing this right, it’s because Im on vacation, I’m using a lot of time-and-motion-tracking and Calorie Counter.
