If you don’t know anyone who wants to exercise with you, try joining a fitness class at the local gym. Or look online for some Zoom classes or people looking for workout buddies.

Getting in shape isn’t easy. You deserve to take a day off or treat yourself. The best way to do this is to select your reward before you start working out.
If you need extra motivation to keep on track with your goals, plan a reward for each milestone.
Maybe treat yourself to a nice dinner every month that you stay on track. Or plan a spa day.
The important thing is to find something that motivates you. If spas or nice dinners don’t fit your budget, reward yourself with a day off to be a couch potato.
