trends in food science and technology


So I’d like to take a few minutes to share a few of my favorite trends in food science and technology. I will leave it up to you to decide which ones are the best.

1. “Sausage”: We’re still trying to figure out how you make sausages that taste like a bowl of cold pizza. I’m trying to think of an alternate flavor that I would like to see more of. It’s not that I don’t like to eat them, but they really do taste better when they’re cold.

The only thing you can do to make them taste better is add salt to the recipe. Its called salting a recipe, and it doesn’t have to be limited to sausages. In fact, Salting a recipe can only take place in the kitchen. I think that the recipe for the first time I made lasagna was one of the best ones I ever tasted.
